- Personal Information: If you use Google Login to access our services, we collect your email address and basic profile information solely for the purpose of account creation, authentication, and communication regarding game assignments.
- Google Calendar Data: When you authorize Google Calendar Sync, we collect and interact with calendar event information (such as event times, locations, and details) strictly to manage and coordinate your sports officiating assignments.
2. Use of Information
The information we collect is used exclusively for the administration of NCSO scheduling:
- Assignment Management: Personal data and calendar events are used to organize, assign, and track officiating duties, and to prevent scheduling conflicts.
- No Third-Party Selling: We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or calendar data with outside groups, advertisers, or third parties without your explicit permission, except as required by law.
3. Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use)
NCSO’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically, our application only requests access to your Google Calendar to read, create, or modify events related to your officiating schedule. We do not use this data for advertising, and human access to this data is strictly limited to resolving support issues at your request.
4. Information Security & Data Deletion
We take appropriate technical, administrative, and physical security measures to safeguard the information collected through our services and protect against unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration.
Data Retention & Revocation: You may revoke NCSO's access to your Google Calendar at any time through your Google Account Security settings. If you wish to have your account and associated personal data completely deleted from our system, please contact our support team.
